Doing Business with Army Contracting Command – RTP Division Webinar

This upcoming webinar, titled “Doing Business with Army Contracting Command – RTP Division,” will feature representatives from the Army Contracting Command – Research Triangle Park Division, including Branch Chief Lanelle T. Shands and Team Leader William A. Creech. Designed for faculty at Historically Black Colleges and Universities and Minority Institutions, the session will provide a detailed overview of the Army’s contracting process, including how requirements are developed, solicitations are issued, and awards are made. Participants will gain insight into navigating the federal acquisition environment and preparing for future contract-based research opportunities. The webinar will also outline various award mechanisms the Army may use to support academic partnerships in research, development, and innovation, helping institutions better understand how to position themselves for successful collaboration with the Army.
